When you blame someone else, you are giving away your power to change. Blaming others as the source of your negative emotions, will ensure that you stay in bondage to them. - Take care of yourself.

(1)determine what you will think,
(2)delay negative thinking until later,
(3)distract yourself with good things,
(4)declare aloud God’s truth.
Talk to your feelings about the facts, your faith and your Father.
