Gratitude is the difference between being healed and being whole.
Gratitude brings spiritual breakthrough, physical health and emotional well-being.
Psalm 100:4 “Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise!”
Thank you is the password to God’s presence.
Philippians 4:6-7 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Living a life of thankfulness will make you live longer and live better.
How to grow your gratitude:
- Slow down and notice everything.
Luke 17:18 - Adopt a positive perspective.
1 Thessalonians 5:18 “give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” - Practice intentional thankfulness.
Ephesians 5:20 “giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ”
What if you woke up tomorrow and only had those things you were thankful for today?
- Receive the grace of God.
Colossians 2:7 “Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.”
As grace flows in your life, gratitude will flow out of your life.
Happiness will come, not when you have everything you want, but when you’re thankful for everything you have.
